List dedicated host.

dedicatedhost list [OPTIONS]

Number of CPU cores

Filter by tags (multiple occurrence permitted)

Order/create a dedicated host.

Required Host portion of the FQDN

Router hostname ex. fcr02a.dal13

Required Domain portion of the FQDN

-d, --datacenter <datacenter>

Required Datacenter shortname

Required Dedicated Virtual Host flavor

--billing <billing>

Billing rate
